A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. Bookings made within 7 days of the event require payment in full at the time of booking.
Customer Cancellations
30 or more days before the event
- Full refund of all payments received.
8–29 days before the event
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.
7 or fewer days before the event
- No refunds.
Weather Policy
Outdoor movie events are weather dependent.
If weather conditions make setup unsafe or impractical, customers may choose to:
- Reschedule their event to a future available date within 12 months at no additional charge, or
- Receive a full refund of all payments made.
Weather-related postponements or cancellations will typically be determined no later than 4:00 PM on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed.
Site Requirements
The event location must provide adequate space, electrical access, and reasonably safe setup conditions. If site conditions prevent the equipment from being safely installed or operated, Big Sky Backyard Cinema reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the rental for safety reasons.
Company Cancellation
If Big Sky Backyard Cinema is unable to provide the rental due to equipment failure, illness, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, all payments received will be refunded in full. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer.
