What is included with the rental?

Each rental includes a 16-foot inflatable movie screen, projector, sound system, Roku streaming stick, and all necessary cables and accessories needed to operate the equipment.

Can I pick up the equipment myself?

Yes. Our Pickup package is designed for customers who are comfortable transporting, setting up, and returning the equipment themselves. We provide a brief walkthrough at pickup.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes. Our Drop-Off and Full Service packages include delivery and professional setup before your event.

Do I need to tear down the equipment?

It depends on your package.

Pickup ($325): You pick up the equipment in Coram, set it up yourself, and return it after your event. If returning the equipment to Coram is not convenient, we may be able to arrange a mutually convenient meeting location.

Drop-Off ($450): We deliver and set up the equipment before your event. After the event, you break down the equipment and return it to Coram, or we can arrange a mutually convenient meeting location.

Full Service ($625): We handle delivery, setup, and teardown. Simply enjoy the movie and leave the rest to us.

How much space do I need?

Most setups work best in an area at least 25–30 feet wide and 30–40 feet deep. The projector is typically positioned 20–25 feet from the screen, and additional space is needed for anchoring and seating.

Do I need electricity?

Yes. Access to a standard household electrical outlet is required to power the equipment.

What time should the movie start?

Movies are best enjoyed after sunset. During the summer months, most events begin between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM depending on the date and weather conditions.

What happens if weather is bad?

Outdoor movie events are weather dependent. If weather conditions make viewing impractical or unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule your event. Weather-related postponements or cancellations will typically be determined no later than 4:00 PM on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed.

Do you provide the movie?

No. Customers provide their own movie or streaming service login. We include a Roku streaming stick so you can easily access your favorite streaming apps.

Can we connect a laptop, gaming system, or streaming device?

Yes. The system can connect to most HDMI-compatible devices, including laptops, gaming consoles, and streaming devices.

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Bookings made within 7 days of the event require payment in full at the time of booking.

How far in advance should I book?

Weekend dates can book quickly during the summer months. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the Flathead Valley, including Coram, Columbia Falls, Whitefish, Kalispell, Bigfork, and surrounding communities.

Travel Fees

Pickup Package: No travel fee. Equipment pickup and return take place in Coram.

Drop-Off & Full Service Packages:

  • Up to 20 minutes from Coram: Included
  • 20–40 minutes from Coram: +$50
  • 40–60 minutes from Coram: +$100
  • More than 60 minutes from Coram: Contact us for a custom quote. Service may not be available in all locations.

What’s your cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations made 8–29 days before the event forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made 7 or fewer days before the event are non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded. See our full cancellation policy for complete details.
